OpenAQ regridding model — the coupler half of the openaq loader+regridding-model split (RFC pure-io-data-loaders §6/§7; bead esm-3nc.5). Exposes ground-based air quality monitoring observations (PM2.5, PM10, O3, NO2, SO2, CO, BC, PM1, NO, NOx) on the simulation's target grid for coupling into EarthSciML systems.

Pure-I/O data loader for NASA FIRMS VIIRS active-fire detections. Provides per-overpass point detections (one row per fire pixel per satellite pass): fire radiative power, brightness temperature, and detection confidence at irregular (lon,lat) detection locations resolved at runtime. This is the SUB-DAILY fire-front timing reference for fire-model validation (campfire-e2e Phase E1/E2) — the best progression signal between daily perimeters.
