Relative humidity from water-vapor partial pressure and saturation vapor pressure: RH = 100 * p_H2O / p_sat. Migrated from AtmosphericDynamics.jl@816cc391 src/seinfeld_pandis_ch1.jl:397 (`RelativeHumidity` @component). Implements Seinfeld & Pandis Ch 1 Eq. 1.9. Relative humidity is expressed as a percentage (0-100 for subsaturated air, >100 under transient supersaturation), stored as a dimensionless ratio scaled by 100. Parameterized as observed-only: p_H2O and p_sat are inputs (parameters in standalone form), RH is the algebraic output. Upstream the Julia @component declares p_H2O and p_sat as @variables for composition into a parent system; for standalone serialization (3 unknowns vs 1 equation otherwise), they are declared as parameters here, mirroring the IdealGasLaw / ScaleHeight serialization pattern in this directory.

Composite water-vapor thermodynamics system from Seinfeld & Pandis (2006) Chapter 1: given air temperature and water-vapor partial pressure it computes the saturation vapor pressure of water over liquid water (Eq. 1.10) and the relative humidity (Eq. 1.9). Migrated from AtmosphericDynamics.jl@816cc391 src/seinfeld_pandis_ch1.jl:433 (`WaterVaporThermodynamics` @component), which composes two MTK subsystems via `System(eqs, t; systems=[sat, rh])`. Represented here as a subsystem-composed ESS model (spec §4.7): the `sat` subsystem inlines the already-migrated SaturationVaporPressure component (sat_vapor_pressure.esm, esm-zuku) and the `rh` subsystem inlines RelativeHumidity (relative_humidity.esm, esm-vann), wired together by five top-level coupling equations. Algebraic (observed-only): T and p_H2O are input parameters; p_sat and RH are algebraic state outputs. The flattened chain T -> sat.a -> sat.p_sat -> rh.p_sat -> rh.RH is fully explicit and triangular.
