to_julia_code(file::EsmFile)
Generate a Julia script from an ESM file. Returns a string containing Julia code.
The output is illustrative scaffolding: it sketches the MTK/Catalyst system definitions implied by the file (variables, parameters, equations, reactions) but is not guaranteed to run unmodified against the current ModelingToolkit release (e.g. variable default/unit metadata syntax, SDE noise equations).
