Apply substitution across all rate expressions in a reaction system. Returns a new reaction system with substitutions applied (immutable).

Parameters

• system — ReactionSystem to substitute into
• bindings — Variable name to expression mappings
• context — Optional context for resolving scoped references

Returns

New reaction system with substitutions applied
